I never thought I’d discuss a positive aspect of the COVID-19 pandemic, but here it is.

Since the pandemic, property management companies have seen huge increases in commercial property rental vacancies. Companies that are adapting to the modern and hybrid way of working no longer require a huge space to “house” 200 staff.

With the unprecedented increase and frequency of home office, the meaning of the word “office” itself is going through a pretty exciting change.

People are now starting to see the “office” as a place of social bonding as appose to a place of strict control and mega focus.

I personally, love this new setup and will be following the subject with an eagle eye…
