Talk to yourself.
Unravel it, then practice!
Maintain consistency. Reinforce the new habit!
Over the years, I have seen clients struggle with consistency due to crazy work schedules, busy home lives and at times, pure laziness.
As I have said many times in the past, the key to improving anything is consistency.
Little & Often is my rule.
If you are in the process of ironing out a mistake or unraveling one of your grammatical imperfections with your English teacher, my advice would be to single out that one mistake and just focus on it for one week.
Once this done, you can repeat the same process with the next mistake.
Keep it simple, but significant.
